Creamy Pear Porridge Oats

Ingredients:

  • Oats
  • Pear
  • 200ml Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon
  • Lemon Peel
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey

Preparation:

  1. Chop the pear into small squares.
  2. Pour the milk into a pan with the lemon peel and a few pieces of pear. Heat for a minute or two.
  3. Add oats and cinnamon to the pan. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes while stirring continuously.
  4. Remove the lemon peel and, using a hand blender, blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Crack the egg into the mixture, stirring to incorporate.
  6. In another pan, heat the honey for a few seconds, then add the chopped pear. Mix well and sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue mixing.
  7. Place the oats in a bowl and top with the caramelized pear mixture.
