Ingredients:
- 2 rice cakes
- 1 expresso/or powdered coffee with hot water
- 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt (of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of Philadelphia light cheese
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- Cocoa powder
- Lemon drops
Preparation:
- In a bowl place a bit of coffee and break the rice cakes into pieces, mix it until the rice cakes get slightly soaked.
- Place half of the mixture into a cup.
- In another bowl add the yoghurt, philadelphia cheese, honey, and a few lemon drops, and mix it well until you get a creamy texture.
- Put half of the mixture inside the glass, on top of the rice cakes.
- Repeat the process.
- Pulverise it with cocoa powder on top.
- Put it in the fridge for an hour or two and voilà.
